The Granite Shop installed countertops for my kitchen and bathrooms in October 2023. Everything was smooth and here is my experience with them. Phone Inquiry: When I first called them for information, the sale manager, Scott was very friendly. Show-room: When we visited their show room off Niagara Falls Blvd, Scott was very knowledgeable. He didn't "push" the sale. He demonstrated that he was there to provide information customers need and help you to make a decision. Template process: Sean who did the template showed up on time. He also went over the blueprint with me to make sure the design was what we agreed upon originally. He also answered all the technical questions. Installation: The crew was great. They showed up on time and worked smoothly and quietly to finish up the installation. They also went over maintenance process with me. Customer service after installation: We noticed there was a short scratch on one bathroom countertop. We didn't know how it happened. We called Scott about it. I was very happy for his quick response. We all experienced some bad customer service that we got pushed around and keep calling with no response. Instead, Scott sent out the repair team to take care of it on their cost. They did a great job for my upgrade project.
